A non-refundable 25% retainer is required to exclusively reserve your date on the calendar. Your retainer will apply to your account balance. The remaining balance is due on the following schedule:
25% due 6 months prior to the wedding day
25% due 3 months prior to the wedding day
Remaining balance (25%) due the week before the wedding.
Your engagement & bridal session proofs should be available online within 2-5 business days after your portrait session. These proofs may include retouched photographs, digital effects (B&W, vignette's, cropping, etc.) and montages. If you don't see something you want - be it a single photograph or a special montage - please let me know and I'll try to add it to your online proofs. In general, the proofs will only be color and level corrected - not fully retouched. The final images in the engagement and bridal albums as well as any additional prints that are purchased will be fully retouched.
Please place your album and print order within 2 weeks of the proofs being posted online.
A complete price list of all available print sizes and pricing for additional items outside your package are available here. You should expect to receive your album and print order 1-2 weeks after you place your order.
Your wedding proofs should be available online within 2 weeks after your wedding. These proofs may include retouched photographs, digital effects (B&W, vignette's, cropping, etc.) and montages. If you don't see something you want - be it a single photograph or a special montage - please let me know and I'll try to add it to your online proofs. In general, the proofs (online and the proof album) will only be color and level corrected - not fully retouched. The final images in the wedding album as well as any additional prints that are purchased will be fully retouched.
Please place your album and print orders within 4 weeks of the proofs being posted online and receiving the proof album. The coffee-table book style albums require a minimum of 6 weeks for production. Traditional leather albums require 1-2 weeks. Individual prints will be ready within 7-10 days. Framed/Matted prints will be ready within 1-2 weeks.
Online proofs are published on the internet for 6 months. Due to the number of images involved, to repost an entire wedding there is a $100 fee to pull archived material and repost it to the internet for an additional 6 month period.
