Event & Daycare Photography   Special Event Photography Proms, balls, corporate events, fundraisers, private schools and almost anything else you can think of. On-Site Printing Single prints and packages up to 8x10 in size can be printed during the event and the prints or packages will be ready at the end of the event. We are one of the few event photography teams in Central Texas that has the specialized equipment necessary to provide fast, lab quality (non-inkjet) on-site printing for your event. We can even print your corporate logo, custom frames, dates, names, or almost anything on each of the prints to commemorate your event! Package Pricing Individual print and package pricing is based on the details of each event. But, the following are the standard prices: (2) 5x7s and (8) Wallets: $20.00 (1) 8x10, (2) 5x7s and (8) Wallets: $30.00 (1) 8x10, (4) 5x7s and (16) Wallets: $40.00 Event Photography Fees Depending on the size of your event, there may be a minimum sales guarantee required. Please contact us for details. Event Benefits For fundraising events and schools, a percentage of the sales (based on the expected number of attendees) can be donated back to the organization. We can also donate portrait packages as prizes for your fundraising event. Daycare Photography I'm a firm believer in the "old school" method of providing the parents with proofs on the order form after their childs picture has been taken. While I understand it's easier and less expensive for the photographer to simply provide an order form and require payment in full even before pictures are taken - as a parent, it's simply not an acceptable method to me. That's why I provide the order form and proofs to the parents after the pictures are taken. Then, the parents can decide which package(s) and pose(s) they'd like to purchase. Package Pricing (2) 5x7s and (8) Wallets: $25.00 (1) 8x10, (2) 5x7s, (8) Wallets and a Photo Flashlight Keychain: $35.00 (1) 8x10, (4) 5x7s, (16) Wallets and a Photo Flashlight Keychain: $45.00 All 3 packages also include a 5x7 class photo and a 3x5 child's photo in a folio. Daycare Photography Fees There is no charge for the session. As long as you have 10 or more children, I'd be happy to schedule time to help your Daycare have a "Picture Day". Daycare Benefits An 8x10 with a folio of every class and a percentage of the sales (based on the number of students) will be donated back to the Daycare. Typical Schedule of Events 1) "Picture Day" 2) About a week later I can deliver the order forms and proofs to the Daycare. 3) I'll pickup the completed order forms & payments a week after their delivery. 4) The completed orders will be delivered to the Daycare 1-2 weeks later.
