Ordering Your Prints
Proofs
Your proofs should be available 1-5 business days after your portrait session. These proofs may include
retouched photographs, digital effects (B&W, vignette's, cropping, etc.) and montages. If you don't see something
you want - be it a single photograph or a special montage - please let me know and I'll try to add it to your
online proofs.
Ordering
Please place your print order within 2 weeks of the proofs being posted online.
Prints 11x14 and larger will be mounted and all canvas prints will be mounted on stretcher bars.
A complete price list of all available print sizes is available here.
You should expect to receive your print order 5-10 days after you place your order.
(Framed prints may require additional time.)
Your Prints
All of your prints are processed by qualified lab professionals on Kodak Professional paper
for the accuracy, stability, and longevity your photographs deserve. Because of this, your prints should last
100-200 years.
Appointments
Portrait sessions are available by appointment only - No exceptions. If you need to reschedule your appointment,
please contact me at least 48 hours before the session. Please reschedule the session if you are ill -- especially if a
child is ill. Illness will show in the pictures.
Payment
The session fee is due at the time of the session. A 50% deposit is required at the time a print order is placed.
Payment of the balance is due when the print order is complete and ready to be picked-up/delivered. A finance charge
of 1.5% per month will be added to all balances remaining 30 days after notification that your print order is ready.
Copyright
The 1998 Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph exclusive rights to their
reproduction. Any attempts to copy or otherwise reproduce the proofs or finished products will be a violation of that
copyright.
